Cambridge, Maryland. This one-of-a-kind restaurant's culinary
inspiration comes from the Picardy region of France, infused with local
flavors such as crab and oyster.
Bistro Poplar in 2010 was selected one of the best five restaurants in the state by the Restaurant Association of Maryland, it was also named one of 20 Hot Restaurants in the February 2009
issue of Chesapeake Life magazine. It was also named "Best of the
Eastern Shore 2009" for "Best French Restaurant" by What's Up Eastern
Shore magazine.
